Returns Information

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you decide that the product purchased from us is not exactly what you needed, or is the wrong size, there is no problem returning it to us.

We will accept product back for exchange or full refund as long as they are in there original packaging, in perfect condition and the product itself is unused or unworn. Some items are excluded from our returns policy on hygiene or by the nature of the product. Please contact us if you are unsure of the returnability of your product.

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of the item.

Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Total Body Orthotics, and the item remains the customers responsibility, until the item is received. Therefore, please ensure you use adequate packaging to protect the product.

We always aim to ensure we package our items to ensure they reach you safely. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will be able to replace your item or provide you with a full refund. If a product is damaged or develops a fault through misuse or malicious damage then we will be unable to exchange of refund your item. 

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations Act 2013 gives you the right to cancel a contract for purchase of an item within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract.
