Pippa is a certified Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She teaches a form of ‘modified Pilates’ which allows adaptations for pain, pathology and function, increasing accessibility for all. Pilates is based on a set of principles which exercise the whole body. The key principles of Pilates include precision and control of body movements, body awareness, breathing control, and continued flow of movement. Pilates exercises combine strength & mobility allowing your body’s natural movement patterns to become more effective and efficient.
