Indications
- Designed to be used with the Aircast walkers.
- Indicated for post Achilles tendon surgery, the heel supports can be placed on top of each other to achieve the desired heel rise.
Characteristics
- Supplied as a pack of five heel wedges of varying size to suit most walker boots Up to three wedges can be combined in a single walker to achieve the following levels of plantar flexion:-
- 3 heel wedges: 22 degrees-
- 2 heel wedges: 16 degrees-
- 1 heel wedge: 10 degrees
